DELIVERY

Our dispatch time for orders is 2-3 working days, following receipt of a confirmed order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Additional delays may occur during busy/sale periods.

RETURNS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and take great care in packaging safe and secure. In the unlikely event that your product is not up to our high standard, and is damaged, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of your goods with photo evidence and we will process a refund.

A full refund* will be issued once the item is returned to us and we have inspected it. Refunds will NOT be issued on used items or Items that are returned in a condition other than the way the product was sent out.

*Full refund excludes postage and packaging.
